In Minerva, we don’t have exams. We are only graded by class engagement ( the opinion students express), poll responses ( students’ 300 words written responses in class), and take home assignments (essays, artwork, codes). Since we don’t have multiple choices in out schools, students don’t get graded by getting a correct answer, but how well students are applying a target concepts. Hence, grading in our school only has 5 scales to evaluate our concept application.
1 - Lacks knowledge
2 - Superficial knowledge
3 - Knowledge
4 - Deep knowledge
5 - Profound knowledge
Getting 1 and 5 is our school is extremely rare, unless you don’t complete your work, or blow the mind of your professors. Most of the score ranges from 2-4, but mostly 3.
